I will guide you to make this decision and urge you to invoke the traditions used, not only in the Kenyan Parliament, but also in the larger Commonwealth countries. I think that way you will have a constitutional back up. Article 117 of the Constitution says that there shall be freedom of speech and debate in Parliament. That freedom of speech is on everything and anything. This law does not gag any Member of this Senate or Parliament from debating anything anywhere.
