    "content": "In terms of process, it says: “The Constitution exercises oversight of the service through relevant committees.” Then the Act itself is why I am going to be this specific. Section 58 says:- Security Laws (Amendment) Act is amended by deleting the word ‘Parliament” and substituting the word ‘National Assembly.’ At least, if you want to take anything from my house, you need to follow a process of consultation with this House.
