    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate my learned senior. The import of a resolution and a declaration is still the same. Whereas we may not have gone into the substance of the Motion, a notice of Motion was given and we have read it. The import of the Motion is to resolve and therefore I want to persuade you to find that this is subjudice . That we do not go on debating this matter for the sake of ensuring that the good relationship that we are already working on between this House and the Judiciary is not jeopardized on an exercise in futility. I persuade you to rule in favour of the Senate Majority Leader that we do not continue with this Motion."
