Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Select Committee on the Constituencies Development Fund on the Vetting of Nominees for appointment as Board Members to the Constituencies Development Fund Board laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 18th December, 2014, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Constituencies Development Fund Act, 2013:- (a) approves the appointment of hon. Elias Mbau as a Member of the Constituencies Development Fund Board, under Sectionsection 2(d); and, (b) rejects the proposed appointment of Eng. Hillary James Nyaanga, Mr. Mike Iravo, and Dr. Margret Jepkirui Muthwii as Members of the Constituencies Development Fund Board."
