    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, this is a very good idea. We no longer have middle level colleges. They were all converted into universities. I have heard what my colleague from West Pokot said because he is benefiting from Kitale Technical Institute. This is a matter that we are currently debating and the county public participation will talk about it. We are looking at all options to ensure that we have a university in Trans Nzoia County. I do not know whether the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries together with the ADC can allocate some land to us to start a university."
