Given that he was in the House, the Chair holds and finds him guilty of disorderly conduct and we expect that tomorrow he will show cause why action should not be taken against him. The Leader of Government Business, convey to the Assistant Minister concerned that he will be expected to show cause why action as envisaged in the Standing Orders should not be taken against him for failing to honour an undertaking that he personally gave to the House.
