    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, as I come to an end, I want to appeal to the ICC to dismiss these cases against Kenyans. Let us handle the cases here. One judge said that the cases are a Kenyan issue and should not be at The Hague. I will also ask Kenyans to unite. We should be proud of our country. We should be proud of the Presidency because it is a national institution. Let us wait for 2017 because it is not yet here."
