This matter has taken nearly a year since the President returned the memorandum to the House. So, it is important that we dispose of this matter. In any case, the Government must be ashamed that they are returning it to Parliament when it is, essentially, an illegal law. You cannot amend a law that is essentially illegal but I have no option but to comply with the ruling."
