    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 50 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following- “(1) There is established a Convention Centre to be known as the Kenyatta International convention Centre.” (b) in subclause (2) by deleting the word “Conference” and substituting the word “Convention”. (c) in subclause (3) by deleting the word “Conference” and substituting the word “Convention”. With regard to the issue of “convention” and “conference”, a conference is a small meeting room while convention is a mega event where people meet. In the modern world, we change the word from “conference centre” to “convention centre”."
