"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I stand with regard to your ruling and to add some advice to it. One, this House needs to be aware or to find out whether the things which are happening all the time are politically motivated to cause this House and the Head of State to fight. If every time the Lower House will be presenting a Bill to the Head of State and it will be upon him to decide whether to sign or not, the public will expect to hear the Senate complaining. The best thing here is to ensure that we are not playing political games. That can only be investigated by some of you and some of us. We should try and understand where we are directing our efforts. Are we going to compromise or is there a political game which is, probably, being instituted by outsiders without our knowledge, causing the two Houses to fight?"
