We will pass a resolution, but if there was anyone here who is speaking for the Government, he should take this matter forward and try and investigate whether the county governments are really well placed. This will be very important. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I do not want to explain so much about all other factors, because nobody had planned to marginalize Ol Kalou, Tharaka-Nithi or Tana River.
