    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 53 be amended— (a) by inserting the following new Subclause immediately after Subclause (2)— “(3) The names of persons proposed for appointment under subsection (1)(a) and (g) shall, before they are appointed, be laid before the National Assembly for approval.” (b) by renumbering subclauses (3), (4) and (5) as subclauses (4), (5) and (6), respectively."
