    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, on 24th February, 2015, I also requested for a statement from the Committee on Health concerning the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board. A Motion had been passed in this House for the state organ to devolve and open offices in counties. However, this has not been done to date. Owing to their inaction, we have continued to have people in the counties being mistreated because of misdiagnosis by doctors."
