"content": "alcohol; noting that improper disposal of alcoholic containers has been on the rise leading to unintended exposure and use of containers for vending illicit brew especially by school going children; deeply concerned that this is both an environmental and a health risk; this House urges the government in conjunction with all relevant authorities particularly NACADA, to launch targeted campaigns in all constituencies towards safe disposal of these containers as well as recycling measures and enforce all existing laws relating to safe disposal of the said containers."
