    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion as amended. I agree with the Mover of the Motion that majority of the Kenyan people are not aware of the laws that are made in this country. There are people in this country and in this Century who are not aware of a number of articles that are in the new Constitution. I want to agree with my colleagues who said that the literacy levels in this country are low. Therefore, it calls for all the laws in this country to be translated into Kiswahili. It beats logic when we say that Kiswahili and English are national languages---"
