    "content": "Secondly and more importantly, is the fact that if we leave things as they are, we run a danger of distorting the original Kiswahili and instead coming up with “SHENG.” The youth are now using “SHENG.” which you may not understand. If we leave it as it is, we will have a language problem. Therefore, it is necessary for us to allocate enough money. I want to ask the Budget and Appropriations Committee to do this in the Supplementary Budget, so that we can give money to the Council and have some of these laws translated into Kiswahili."
