The Leader of Minority has said the Ministry of Devolution, among other Ministries, has been used to siphon public funds as a conduit to take public funds and use them to do politics. These are very serious allegations. Could he substantiate those allegations by tabling documents, facts, figures and records about how the Ministry of Devolution has been used to get public funds and the same funds used to do politics?"
