"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I wanted to be of help to the Chair and the two leaders. It is rare to have a majority and a minority leader in contention the way they are. At one time, the former Speaker Slade was in a similar situation where allegations were running across from Members and in that instance, hon. Oduya Oprong made an allegation in the House that he saw hon. Mboya give money to hon. Khasakhala. The Speaker ruled that since the allegations were being made by hon. Members, he would leave the House to make up its mind on who was telling the truth. So, instead of belabouring on this matter, you better leave the House to make up its mind.
