    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Please, allow us to lead you. The Standing Orders state as follows:- “A Senator who has used exceptionable words and declines to explain or retract the words or to offer apologies for the use of the words to the satisfaction of the Speaker, shall be deemed to be disorderly and shall be dealt with in accordance with the rules pertaining to disorderly conduct.” Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, you have to make a ruling that there are exception words used before the Senate Minority Leader is called to retract or explain. Therefore, I would beg you to take the advice of Sen. Orengo and cause to be given to you the HANSARD, so that you can then rule that the words used were exceptional. Otherwise, these guys are going to throw stones until the end of day, which they are used to do."
