I am just requesting that you exercise your authority as the Speaker and enforce the Standing Orders of this House. Why is the Senate Minority Leader standing up before you give him the Floor? This is further evidence of disorderly conduct. I remember that I was thrown out by Speaker Kaparo for standing up and trying to talk before he gave me the Floor, which is exactly what the Senate Minority Leader is doing. Please enforce the Standing Orders."
