    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to support the Division of Revenue Bill of 2015. Reflecting back two years ago, we might be facing our challenges as a Parliament, but one of the key indicators that we have grown as a Parliament is the manner in which we are debating this Bill this year in comparison to how we have done it over the years. There is consensus. Now we have only come in to move it forward. I want to thank your leadership, the leadership of the Senate, the Budget and Appropriations Committee and all stakeholders for ensuring that consensus has been built on most of the issues in the Division of Revenue Bill.
