I am pleading with you to, at least, deal with the Public Audit Bill in the Committee of the whole House. However, before doing that, you will have to do Committee of the whole House on this Bill. It is already 4.45 p.m. Hon. Wanga, in her contribution, reminded us that, indeed, what is in this Bill has already been considered by so many of you.
