    "content": "Secondly, leasing of medical equipment has been an issue. The other day, we had hospitals closed. I urge our governors, now that we have allocated money for leasing of medical equipment, to move fast and sign up with the relevant authorities so that our people can get the medical care that they deserve. I hear that only 35 governors have signed. I do not know why. We will start holding them accountable for the death of our people in the counties."
