    "content": "The Auditor-General has also been capacitated enough and the office needs to enhance the oversight mandate. We also want to see timely reports to this House. Members are concerned with issues of efficiency, transparency, effectiveness, appropriation and administration of those funds. We want to tell the governors that Kenyans want timely delivery. They want to see services closer to them."
