    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I just wanted to comment with respect to the point of order by hon. Makali Mulu. We noticed that, and I want to believe it must have been a typing error, because the Government policy is to lease equipment. However, I would also have wished that counties were allowed to purchase some of the equipment but, looking at the allocation, Kshs4.5 million per year is not sufficient to purchase equipment. Hospital equipment is very expensive. I think that amount must have been meant for leasing. It must have been a typing error."
