    "content": "I think it is important for us to recognise that we are in the Jubilee Government and we have a Jubilee policy and agenda and that is what we are implementing. If Jubilee feels that we should be going the leasing way for not only medical equipment but also vehicles, I think we should be fair enough to let the Jubilee Government implement its own policies and Manifesto.
