    "content": "I just wanted to say that according to the definition of money Bills found under Article 114, Division of Revenue Bill is not classified as money Bill. I want to take you to Article 114(3). Why we are raising this matter is that it is the only Bill that has to go through the Budget and Appropriations Committee. Any other Bill, you can bring an amendment without going to that Committee. Article 114 (3) says:-"
