    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to support this amendment, especially (b), which was subjecting the appointment to delegated authority by the Public Service Commission. That is putting unnecessary control on the Office of the Auditor-General, which should be independent. It even audits the Public Service Commission. I support the amendment."
