Members have preferred several amendments to several issues, which seem to be referring to different parts of clauses. Hon. Member for Tongaren, you know that the Standing Order says that we begin with a deletion. We have that Standing Order and we are trying to do the best. We are trying to be as practical as possible. The Constitution says that we should not prefer technicality to substance. We are trying our best to order all these things. We have proposed, have we not?
