    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Let us agree on something. The Auditor- General is an external auditor; he is not expected to be stationed in a particular county, or station. For that matter, what he requires is adequate staff to go round once the audit begins and complete the audit within a time frame that is stated in law. He needs not have his presence in every county. This will be an expensive affair, and for that matter I tend to think that this will become a money Bill. That is what I am trying to avoid. With due respect to my dear friend, who is also my competitor in other areas, I beg to request him to stand down the amendment."
