    "content": "Let me go to Article 254 before I come back to Article 35. I kept reading Article 254 over the weekend when I saw very senior lawyers that I respect in this country saying that the President received the list of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission fraudulently, or outside the Constitution. Article 254(1) states very clearly, both in spirit and in the letter of the Constitution, that:- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
