We could not give that document to the country on Friday or Saturday because we respected procedure and the Standing Orders. We did it this afternoon for the National Assembly. I did not know that my colleagues in the Senate had a morning sitting. This morning, the moment the Leader of the Majority Party tabled the documents, they became public. They have been publicised and are on television."
