    "content": "Yes. He claimed to rise on a point of order about the Motion that is about to be moved by the Leader of the Majority Party. Among other issues he raised was on Article 35 of the Constitution. I think the relevant part is Article 35 (3) which says that: “The State shall publish and publicise any important information affecting the nation.”"
