    "content": "We do not have a report here which either the National Assembly or the Senate has required from the Commission. Nobody has argued that the relevant Commission has not published the report that they are supposed to publish at the end of every financial year. More importantly, Clause (3) of Article 254 says:- “Every report required from a commission or holder of an independent office under this Article shall be published and publicized.” Nobody has said that a report required from the commission has not been published and publicized."
