    "content": "I move in support of the Address presented by the President during the Special Sitting of Parliament on 26th March, 2015. As per the Constitution, the President was to do three things. One, the President was supposed to outline the state of the nation in relation to our national values and principles of governance as elaborated well in Article 10 of the Constitution. Two, the President was to give the state of our national security as provided for in Article 240 and Section 16 of the National Security Council Act.
