    "content": "Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, pursuant to Article 17192) of the Constitution and Section 15 of the Judicial Service Act, 2011, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 31st March, 2015 and approves the appointment of Kipng’etich Arap Korir Bett and Winifred Waceke Guchu as Commissioners to the Judicial Service Commission.
