    "content": "The other issue that I would like to raise is the issue of politicization. In law, when you are prosecuting a matter, justice must not just be done, but must be seen to be done. Looking at the list, I want to be convinced that it has not been politicised and then the President will have my support. A glance at that list does not convince me as hon. Millie Odhiambo. I will be bringing amendments on some of the issues that have been canvassed especially the issue of stepping aside by elected leaders. There is no legislative framework. Therefore, when you tell an elected leader to step aside, there is no provision for that. When I was told my name is on the list from the Committee on Agriculture Livestock and Co-operatives, I was willing to step aside, but I did not know from where to where. There is no law for me to step aside."
