    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to record my thanks upon the President’s speech. Before I go on, I would like to quote the Constitution Chapter 254, which talks about Reporting by Commissions and Independent offices. “At any time, the President, the National Assembly or the Senate may require a Commission or holder of an Independent Office to submit a Report on a particular issue”. There is an issue here. We are putting something that is very serious in this country. Corruption is a cancer and you cannot treat cancer with malaria. We are talking about a serious issue in the President’s Speech. What it does is that it waters the importance of the Report by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. We want the Legal Department of this House to bring the Report from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption and table it here."
