    "content": "Thank you, Deputy Speaker. I wish to take this opportunity to register my thanks for the Speech of the President and to congratulate him for being bold. It is when the ship is captained in times of turbulence that you can tell you have a good captain. This country has a lot of turbulence; turbulence in terms of tribalism and turbulence especially because of corruption. You just need to look at how turbulent the country has become since the Report was tabled. For the President to have captained this ship so far, we will say a lot of thanks to him and ask him to remain bold as the rest of the processes are taken care of. I wish to support the Report on several reasons, one of the major ones being the economic growth. I think that if we sustain the 6 per cent which is still way below the double digit that we require, we will be in a good step. The essence of the Report or the Speech that the President gave us had a lot of indicators on the growth of the economy which are really admirable. As we look at those indicators, we have to worry about corruption.
