Thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this important Motion regarding the President’s Speech in Parliament last week. First, I wish to congratulate His Excellency for recognising victims of past injustices. In my constituency, there are squatters who were evicted from Turbo and Kipkaren during the 1992 clashes.
