    "content": "We are among the top most corrupt counties in Kenya. My Governor is captured having looted quite a lot. That can be seen even from the change of his lifestyle. Immediately after the elections, he used to contribute about Kshs10,000 in fundraisings. All of a sudden, he is contributing Kshs500,000! It can be seen from this Report that, that man has been accumulating a lot of resources from the county. There are many things. The allegations of misappropriating Kshs300 million, Kshs400 million, Kshs33 million and the allegations of single-sourcing are just a few of the scandals. We know of many other scandals that are taking place in our county, which have not been captured here. For example, I understand that on a daily basis, about Kshs1.3 million is paid to a petrol station to fuel the county vehicles. However, only Kshs300,000 is spent on fuelling the vehicles within the county. The other Kshs1 million is cashed for the county officials to go and share and the Governor is the major beneficiary.
