    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the line of debate that the Senate Minority Leader has taken might be repeated by many of us. I would like the Chair to guide us a little on the distinction between the personal conduct of the President and the speech that we are debating. I refer you to Article 10(2)(b) of the Constitution which says: “The national values and principles of governance include— ( b ) human dignity, equity, social justice, inclusiveness, equality, human rights, non-discrimination and protection of the marginalised;” Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg that I conclude.
