I seek clarification from the Speaker because, severally, provisions in the Constitution have been made reference to and on several occasions you have given a ruling referring us to the Standing Orders. I need clarification from you in reference to Article 2(1) of the Constitution which refers to the supremacy of the Constitution. It states:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
