"content": "Everybody will tell you that when you go to the Office of the Deputy President and pick a small girl who is a personal assistant and accuse her of taking Kshs100 million and bribing Members of Parliament to save Anne Waiguru, can that girl on her own steal that money? This is punishing the innocent and leaving the real perpetrators of the offences. That little girl cannot access even Kshs1 million in that office. This Report purports that Maryanne Keittany took Kshs100 million and brought to Parliament to bribe Members to save Waiguru. If Anne Waiguru was complicit to this, why is she not in this list? We do not want selective war on corruption. We want everybody who is culpable to be dealt with."
