"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the analysis of the National Intelligence Service (NIS) in this country blames all the leadership in the Arid and Semi Arid Lands (ASALs). So, I was just trying to challenge my colleagues; that there is a report that is coming from the NIS that all top leaders of the communities, because of political reasons, have engaged in incitement. It is incumbent upon us to help this country. I want to own it also as a leader in Turkana that we must talk to our people. The war on corruption and insecurity is getting out of hand and we need to support this Government. I can support it from this side of the Floor, because I know that it is a matter that all of us should take seriously. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
