    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is unfortunate that I am the one to begin on the ruling of ten minutes. Thank you for the opportunity to make my remarks on the exposition of public policy contained in the Presidential address to Parliament. From the outset, I want to state that normally, I do not agree with President Uhuru on very many things: I do not support the Jubilee policies, I do not support the whole manner in which the Jubilee administration is running the affairs of this country. I do not subscribe to that kind of administration. However, if there is one thing that I will support the President on, it is the fight against corruption. I will do this as long as he is serious about this fight, as long as he will walk the talk and as long as he is willing to go the full hog in this fight. I know the fight against corruption is not easy. Corruption always fights back. He must be ready to walk the talk and go the full hog. Many regimes have paid lip service to this fight."
