Muthama, left in regard to matters of corruption raised in this Report. It is very clear there are short- comings as far as this Report is concerned. If you look at Item No.73, on page 34, the accused individuals in the case of Wajir, are Abdulahi Sheikh and Mohamed Nofarah.
