    "content": " Thank you very much, hon. Senators. Those are very important observations. Now, this Petition shall be committed to the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. I say that with a lot of difficulties because it also quite obviously affects the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights. However, I will refer it to the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations. I request that should they find it necessary to consult with the two other Committees because there are elements of labour and human rights involved in that matter, they are free to do so. Under the Standing Orders, Sen. Haji, you are supposed to give a report on this specific Petition within 60 days."
