    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 8 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “and accountability” at the end of the sub-clause. Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, if you look at the provisions of the Constitution, the words “transparency and accountability” go in tandem. We thought that it is important for uniformity and conformity with the Constitution that we include the words “and accountability.”"
