    "content": "(i) On inflation, the Committee is concerned that there has been a tendency by Treasury to make assumption and rules, thereby creating confusion in the management of macro-economic variables. For example, the 5 per cent inflation target seems more of a rule than an assumption. The Committee observed that the inflation rate has been on a steady increase since November, 2010, approaching 4 per cent in January, 6.5 per cent in February and 9.2 per cent in March, 2011."
